Bridle Path Equestrian Community
 One of the unique communities that I serve is Bridle Path. Nestled in the southwestern area of one of the safest cities in the nation, Bridle Path is a charming equestrian community in beautiful Simi Valley, CA. Members of the Bridle Path Homeowners Association enjoy the use of community round pens, numerous arenas, and a 1,700-acre private mountain park for residents to enjoy roughly 15 miles of trails for horseback riding and hiking. There are various construction styles among the 630 homes that make up the community, and each sits on a horse-zoned lot ranging from about one-half acre to more than ten acres.
