Nestled in the southwestern area of Simi Valley, CA, Bridle Path Equestrian Community is a horseback rider's paradise! Featuring large lot sizes - ranging from approximately 1/2 acre to 10+ acres - and bridle paths throughout the neighborhood. Homeowners have access to a 1,700 acre mountain park with about 15 miles of riding trails, six community riding arenas and two round pens. Bridle Path Homeowners Association has very reasonable monthly fees.
Most of the homes were built between 1977 and 1987, and there are some custom homes. There are various construction styles among the 630 homes that make up the community, and each sits on a horse-zoned lot. In Bridle path, there is an unhurried and "country" feeling. Any time of day you will likely notice people riding their horses, walking their dogs, or just out for exercise and relaxation. Street names in Bridle Path such as Casual Court, Cheerful Court, Mellow Lane, Nonchalant Drive, Rambling Road, Rocking Horse Drive, Restful Court, and Tranquil Lane may seem indicative of the developer’s vision (or sense of humor.)
